Our product gives organizations an easy way to manage data governance and risks associated with sensitive data leaking. We are on a mission to make cybersecurity autonomous and reduce the blast radius associated with any cyberattack. Underlying this is a state of the art solution that provides high fidelity risk identification associated with sensitive data leakage.

Our product team delivers the solution both as a self-serve for SMEs but also full-grade on-prem Enterprise installs. Underlying this is an elegant tech stack that ties in the best in class security principles with NLP, ML, AI and high performance infrastructure.
About the Role…
Polymer is striving to delight security and compliance teams with a product that is easy to use and also automates the task of managing risk associated with data loss. A passionate early user base has allowed us to understand the market and have a pretty good idea on how to scale our growth.
This role is instrumental in bringing to life a data loss protection product that can be used by both compliance (non-technical) as well as engineering & security teams (technical).
We’re looking for people with backgrounds in security and data privacy but encourage anyone who has worked in other sectors. A product led growth mindset and experience is a big plus.
In this role, you can expect to…
–Build out the product management function with input from design, engineering, finance, and security. Define your team’s roadmap as the company scales.
–Cultivate excellence in the reliability, scalability, security, and craft of the software your team builds
–Develop Ops policies for monitoring and ongoing management (patching, upgrades, audit requests, etc)
–Hire and grow a diverse engineering and operations team in a fast-scaling organization
–Contribute to company-wide initiatives led by our engineering management, recruitment, and people teams

What Makes You A Great Fit?
–Managed small or large software engineering teams
–Worked to operationalize complex software at scale
–Led teams in customer-centric and agile organizations with empathy and compassion
–Worked with SaaS or another type of managed software offering is preferred but not required
–Expertise in one or more of the major public clouds is a plus
