Job description:
The Polymer solution is built on an elegant tech stack that combines best-in-class security principles with NLP, ML, AI, and a high-performance infrastructure. Polymer is looking for a mid-level Frontend Software Engineer who will become a vital member of a cross-functional Agile Scrum team.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and maintain highly scalable web applications leveraging modern cloud platforms
- Assist in the development of mid and long-term technical roadmaps, including detailed migration strategies to evolve our applications
- Build amazing UX client-side apps with React
- Coach and mentor team members on frontend software engineering activities and best practices
Qualifications:
- Experience in building high-performance, highly-available and scalable distributed systems
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript, PHP, Laravel, and JQuery
- Extensive experience architecting, engineering and deploying AWS solutions
- Experience designing intuitive UIs through modular, reusable and scalable components
- Experience with RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
- Knowledge of SEO principles
- Development environment and agile tool experience (Git, JIRA, etc.)
