We are on a mission to make cybersecurity autonomous and reduce the blast radius associated with any cyberattack. Underlying this is a state of the art solution that provides high fidelity risk identification associated with sensitive data leakage.

We are building out the marketing team and this is a crucial hire to set the tone and roadmap from day 1. Our product team delivers the solution both as a self-serve for SMEs but also full-grade on-prem Enterprise installs. Underlying this is an elegant tech stack that ties in the best in class security principles with NLP, ML, AI and high performance infrastructure.
About the Role…
Polymer is seeking a hands-on Head of Marketing who will be responsible for the strategic product marketing function; use a data-driven approach to evaluate and test new channels and strategies. Also, this person will be a key stakeholder for pricing, business development and go to market strategy.
In this role, you can expect to…
— In charge of the marketing budget to construct and implement branding, marketing and advertising campaigns.
— Lead on go to market for a channel partner strategy to target MSSP, MSPs and Resellers.
— Analyze competitive intelligence, industry and market positioning to carve business strategy.
— Partner with Product Management to build and test pricing and packaging various product packaging

What Makes You A Great Fit?
— 3-5 years in Tech marketing functions.
— Strong bias for action. Ability to take a business KPI to devise a strategy and execute.
— Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, comfortable presenting in front of internal and external audiences
— Experience with Cloud/IT or Enterprise SaaS technology
— Experience with SaaS pricing or business strategy preferred
