Our product gives organizations an easy way to manage data governance and risks associated with sensitive data leaking. We are on a mission to remove complexity and make security and privacy easy to achieve for businesses both small and large.

We are on a mission to make cybersecurity autonomous and reduce the blast radius associated with any cyberattack. Underlying this is a state of the art solution that provides high fidelity risk identification associated with sensitive data leakage.

About the Role…

You will help design, prototype, and implement core features while ensuring the scalability and stability of our SME and large enterprise products. We’re working to develop Graph database visualizations, high performance grids, non reinforcement learning alerting and remediation actions. We’re looking for great engineers with interest in security, Enterprise SaaS and building compliance self-serve products.

You must have a demonstrated track record of cross functional collaboration with design, backend, and product development, and we’re looking for candidates who are just as comfortable prototyping features as they are working across teams to establish design and product goals.

In this role, you can expect to…

— Guide the technical approach and architecture of Polymer’s UI’s
— Develop, advocate for, and support new and existing features that best fit customer needs
–Provide code review, mentorship, and support to Polymer employees, community members, and partners
— Work on issues and improvements critical to the success of Polymer customers and the broader compliance and security community we interact with.

— You’re excited about modern React features.
— Experience with Ember.js and/or Electron is a plus.
— You strive to implement UI features with minimal HTML and CSS before resorting to JavaScript.
— Generous comments help you and others understand your code.
— You have a working understanding of privileged access management and tools such as SSH.
— You have experience working with large JS repositories.
— You have experience with customer support, open source software, or have interacted in open source communities.
— You have experience operating and maintaining production UIs in a public cloud environment.
— You are familiar with infrastructure management concepts.

What is our hiring process like?

–First Interview with an Engineering Manager or CTO
–Interview Loop with additional team members, with the following panel:
–Technical Code Pairing interview
–Code Review interview
–Communication and Collaboration interview
–Systems and architecture interview
–If applicable, a final conversation with the Engineering Manager for the team you would be joining
